Terms of Service
Effective 21 September 2026. Last updated 21 September 2026.
1. What this is
The noir. Digital Office ("the Digital Office") is an internal work tool operated by noir. of Accra, Ghana, for managing projects, tasks, meetings and team information. These terms govern its use.
It is provided for work, to people noir. has given an account. There is no public sign-up. By signing in, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree with them, do not use the Digital Office.
2. Who may use it
Accounts are created by noir. administrators for staff, contractors, facilitators and others working with noir. Your account is personal to you. Access ends when your work with noir. ends, or sooner if noir. withdraws it.
3. Your account
- Keep your password and passkeys to yourself; do not share an account
- You are responsible for what happens under your account
- Tell support@noirgh.com promptly if you think someone else has access
- Do not try to reach other people's accounts, or parts of the system you have not been given
4. Acceptable use
Use the Digital Office for noir. work. Do not:
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share
- Upload malware, or attempt to attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service
- Use it to harass, bully or discriminate against anyone
- Take noir. or client information out of the Digital Office for purposes unrelated to your work
- Interfere with anyone else's ability to do their work in it
5. Company and client information
Much of what is in the Digital Office is confidential, including client details, project plans, budgets and colleagues' personal information. Treat it as confidential during and after your time with noir., and share it outside noir. only where your work genuinely requires it.
Work you create in the course of your engagement with noir. belongs to noir. as set out in your own agreement with noir. Nothing in these terms changes that agreement.
6. The Google Calendar integration
Connecting your Google Calendar is optional and entirely your choice. If you connect it:
- You authorise the Digital Office to create and update Google Calendar events for your noir. meetings, task due dates and project deadlines, and to read events in order to reflect your changes back
- Your Google data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which includes noir.'s commitment to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements
- You can disconnect at any time in the Digital Office, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Your use of Google Calendar itself remains subject to Google's own terms, which noir. has no part in
Sync is a convenience, not a guarantee. It depends on Google's API and on scheduled jobs that can be delayed or fail. Treat the Digital Office as the authoritative record of noir. work, and do not rely on calendar sync alone for anything time-critical.
7. Availability
The Digital Office is provided as-is, with no promised uptime. It runs on shared hosting and will occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside noir.'s control. Features may be added, changed or removed as the tool develops.
noir. keeps backups as part of ordinary hosting, but you should not treat the Digital Office as the only copy of anything irreplaceable.
8. Ending access
noir. may suspend or remove an account at any time, in particular where these terms have been broken or where someone's engagement with noir. has ended. Work records created in the Digital Office remain noir.'s records after an account is closed.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the Digital Office is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent the law allows, noir. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Digital Office, including lost profits, lost data, or missed deadlines. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the Digital Office develops. The date at the top changes with them, and noir. will tell users about material changes rather than relying on them to notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
